Teams of four will battle it out in thrilling 4x50m Freestyle and Medley relays, showcasing their teamwork and speed! 💪
An Epic Competition: From Qualifiers to Finals!
This national competition starts with qualifying rounds organized by ESSA divisions. Multiple qualifying galas are held in different locations to ensure maximum participation, making it a truly inclusive event!
Last year, a whopping 2,099 teams from over 300 schools took part in the qualifiers, competing in 20 separate galas across the country. It’s an amazing testament to the passion for swimming among secondary school students! 🏊♀️

- 1:00 pm – 5:00 pm: Competition Events – Time for the main event!
